Zucchini lasagna. Easy and homemade recipe

This recipe is so, so delicious, that children will not miss the pasta. In addition, zucchini provide minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, and many vitamins.

Ingredients:

  • 3 large zucchini
  • 100 gr of York ham in thin slices
  • 100 gr of mozzarella cheese in thin slices
  • 100 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Tips: If you wish, you can substitute the ham for pieces of tuna or stewed minced meat. All combinations are perfect.

1- Wash the zucchini and pat dry.

2- Cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise and approximately 3mm thick.
